With base compensation set at $45,484, we offer a very competitive salary schedule. Credit on the salary schedule will be given up to ten (10) years of contracted teaching experience. Benefits include health, vision and dental insurance. The District pays a large portion of monthly premiums (i.e. single, two party participant with children, and family).  An HSA and HRA is also provided to cover most of the insurance deduction.  District housing may be available for low rent ($350 per month). Finally, we may offer a onetime $1,000 moving stipend for those relocating to our community from outside the general region.

Position: Elementary Teacher (Multiple Openings)
                
Duties:  Teach core academic subjects to students in elementary grades in accordance with state academic standards and district-approved curriculum. Subjects may include mathematics, science, English Language Arts, social studies, and other assigned elementary content areas. Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with state curriculum frameworks. Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student academic performance and learning progress. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress in compliance with district and state requirements. Utilize assessment data to guide instructional planning and improve student achievement. Provide differentiated instruction to address diverse learning needs. Maintain classroom discipline and a safe and effective learning environment consistent with district policies. Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student academic progress through conferences, written reports, and electronic communication. Collaborate with faculty and administrators in curriculum planning, professional development activities, and school improvement initiatives. Perform related instructional duties consistent with the role of an elementary school teacher as assigned by the district.

Position: Secondary Teacher – STEM (Multiple Openings)
                
Duties:  Plan, prepare, and deliver standards-based instruction in STEM subject areas (including mathematics and/or science) to students in secondary school grades. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state academic standards and the school’s adopted curriculum framework. Design instructional activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Assess and evaluate student academic performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and other formative and summative assessments. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress. Utilize student performance data to inform instructional strategies and adjust lesson plans to improve academic outcomes. Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs and ensure equitable access to STEM content. Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress through conferences, written reports, electronic communication, and school-sponsored events. Collaborate with faculty, instructional staff, and administrators to support curriculum development, student achievement initiatives, and school improvement goals. Participate in professional development activities to maintain subject-matter competency and instructional effectiveness. Perform related instructional duties as assigned consistent with the role of a Secondary School Teacher..
