If you have a student who you would like to attend the Brockton School District, please call the office at 406-786-3311 and provide your name, the student's name, date of birth, mailing address/physical address, and a phone number. The Brockton School District Student Enrollment Application can be found below. Please complete all pages and return to the school. If your child will be a Kindergartner or is new to our school system, please also include birth certificate and immunization records.
